RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW

All sales are final. No refunds.

Please allow 5–7 business days to process and ship your order.

UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT

You may exchange your item for another item of the same purchase price if you contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Hair must be in its original state, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging. There is a $20 restocking fee for all exchanges. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Toné’s Tresses is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will not issue refunds if your package is returned to Toné’s Tresses.

We will contact you once your package arrives to arrange reshipment.
