This website is operated by Toné’s Tresses. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Toné’s Tresses. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing luxury hair bundles, lace closures, frontals, or products from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

Online Store Terms & Fraud Prevention

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

Upfront Payment: We require one hundred percent payment upfront before any order is processed, customized, or shipped.

Accepted Payments: We accept major credit cards and Shopify-approved payment processors.

Billing and Shipping Match: For fraud prevention, your billing address and shipping address must match exactly. Orders with mismatching addresses are subject to immediate cancellation.

Card Restrictions: Prepaid cards, virtual credit cards, and unverified accounts are strictly prohibited.

Fraud Prevention Filters: We automatically cancel orders flagged as medium-to-high fraud risk by our system.

Identity Verification: We reserve the right to request government-issued photo identification and credit card verification photos after purchase to confirm identity before shipment.

Fraud Prosecution: Credit card fraud, unauthorized chargebacks, and merchandise theft will be reported to Shopify and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Shipping, Delivery & Stylist Fees

Signature Required: All standard and luxury bundle orders ship via our selected carriers with a mandatory signature requirement. Packages cannot be left at the door.

Carrier Delays: Toné’s Tresses is not responsible for transit delays caused by postal carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Stylist Appointment Disclaimer: We are not liable for cancellation fees, deposit losses, or rescheduling fees charged by your hairstylist due to delayed shipments.

Inspection Recommendation: Customers must receive, open, and fully inspect hair bundles prior to booking installation appointments or cutting the hair webs.

Return to Sender Packages: Packages returned to our facility due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or failure to sign will incur a deduction for original shipping costs and standard restocking fees before store credit is issued.

Returns, Exchanges & Hair Alteration Voiding Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products and federal law, strict guidelines apply to all inventory.

Final Sale Items: All sales of lace items, including high-definition frontals, transparent closures, lace front wigs, and custom-colored bundles, are strictly final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these items under any circumstances.

Sale and Clearance: Items purchased during promotions, flash sales, holiday events, or from our clearance section are completely final sale.

Exchange Window: Eligible, unaltered hair bundles may be exchanged for store credit within seven days of verified tracking delivery.

Restocking Fees: All approved returns for store credit or product exchanges are subject to a standard restocking fee to cover processing and quality reinspection.

Product Condition Requirements: To qualify for an exchange, bundles must remain unwashed, uncombed, uncut, and uncolored.

Intact Security Ties: The original factory security zip-ties, tags, and rubber bands must remain fully intact and unaltered. If the security tie is cut or removed, the hair is immediately deemed used and cannot be returned.

Voiding Policy: Installing, bleaching, plucking lace, chemically processing, cutting the tracks, or altering the hair in any way completely voids all eligibility for exchange or store credit.

Product Variation & Maintenance Disclaimer

Raw Hair Variations: Raw hair bundles are natural products cut from single donors. Distinct color, wave patterns, and texture variations from bundle to bundle are expected and do not constitute a product defect.

Co-Washing Requirement: Customers must follow our product care guidelines, including co-washing bundles with high-quality conditioner before installation to optimize hair performance.

External Factors: We are not liable for bundle degradation, shedding, tangling, or matting caused by poor maintenance, incorrect hair care products, improper bleaching, or excessive heat styling.

Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the direct purchase price value of the products sold on our storefront.

Consequential Damages: Toné’s Tresses is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, shipping delays, or installation errors.
