SHIPPING POLICY OVERVIEW

We only ship products to confirmed addresses. If the shipping address does not match the billing address connected to your ATM, debit, or checking account, the order may not be confirmed.

Shipping within the U.S. may take 5–7 business days. We ship only on business days, Monday through Friday. For shipping outside the U.S., please allow 6–10 business days.

All U.S. shipping fees are a flat rate of $20. International shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that shipping times during sales may extend to 7–14 business days. Once your order is placed, we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

You may incur additional charges due to your country’s international customs policies. You are responsible for these charges. Toné’s Tresses’ shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.
